For two incredible decades, I have been immersed in the wedding industry as a professional wedding coordinator, event planner and wedding stylist. Over the past 10 years, more than 1,037 beautiful couples have trusted me to be their Marriage Celebrant in paradise.
Because 90% of my couples are traveling from interstate, I’ve perfected a digital planning workflow that keeps every step concise, simple, and legally robust, but deeply personal. By the time we meet on your wedding day, it’ll feel like a warm reunion with a close friend!
My professional journey began with wedding planning to hands-on event management, decor coordination, and planning operations. I know exactly when a schedule starts to stretch and how to seamlessly manage the flow on the day so you never have to stress.
What is my personality type? Well, my husband would probably jokingly ask which one of my personalities I’m referring to! Professionally speaking, I have an Alert personality, meaning I am driven by being proactive, organised, and detail-oriented. My secondary type is Passion—I absolutely love what I do, and I naturally build immediate, comforting connections with my couples.
Whether you need me to step back and deflect attention (perfect for introverted couples wanting a quiet, intimate moment) or lead the crowd with bright extroverted energy, I read the room instantly and adapt on the fly. Let’s make your ceremony feel completely organic.
Hmm, where to start…about me.
If I am not at a wedding, you can find me Ubering my kids all around the countryside for their various sports, or cheering on my beloved Cowboys. Sometimes, if the kids have ditched us for a time, you’ll find us at a good bar! 🙂
After graduating high school I did a 12-month exchange student program which led me to my first Japanese-speaking job…..selling opals on Hamilton Island. Aged 18
This then led to becoming a Wedding Executive on Hayman Island, (Aged 19 – 20) followed by wedding planning on Hamilton Island for many years. Age 21 – 25 years.
Age 25. My ridiculously handsome son was born
Age 26. I had the privilege of being a Hostess on an 80ft Maxi yacht ” Maxi Raggamuffin” where we did day trips to either Whitehaven beach or Diving at Blue Pearl Bay
Age 26-28. My young family then travelled around Australia in a Caravan with our 2 fun-loving staffies. This amazing journey took about 18 months before we settled in Hervey Bay.
Age 29. I was an Event Manager for 4 years taking care of Conferences, Wedding Receptions, Networking events, etc
Age 30. My sweetheart (ratbags) twin girls were born
Age 33. As it can happen, and, such is life, we went through some tough times but found that “light at the end of the tunnel” and came out the other side.
Age 34. We moved back to Airlie Beach (home) and I became a Wedding Stylist
Age 36. I finally found my calling and became a Marriage Celebrant
Age 36. Still age 36, I married my darling Husband.
Age 44. At the present time and until death do I part – I will be officiating heartfelt ceremonies for couples from all over the world and from all walks of life and absolutely loving what I do. This is me.

As a Whitsundays local with more than two decades of wedding industry experience, we’ll confirm a solid backup location a few days before your wedding. If you don’t have a wedding planner, I’ll coordinate with your venue to ensure a smooth transition while preserving the beautiful, romantic feel of your ceremony.
Yes! I offer a popular combined Celebrant and Master of Ceremonies package, creating a warm, energetic and seamless flow from your ceremony right through to the reception. Pure and simply, from start to finish, your wedding will flow beautifully and the vibes will stay high!
My Wedding and Elopement fee is $1650 inc. GST
Registry Style (Legals only) is $990 inc. GST
Renewal of Vows Ceremony is $990 inc. GST
MC services $1000 inc. GST
You will receive a high level of service in the lead-up to your wedding, your ceremony on the day, and post-ceremony, should you require further assistance in relation to your marriage registration.
Absolutely this is my passion! And, of course, it would be my honour. I have a Ceremony Builder that I send to you AFTER the legalities are sorted as I like to get the boring bits out of the way first.
This Ceremony Builder has many samples to help us establish a base for your ceremony, then I have some questions I ask each of you to answer (or answer as a couple). Once I have your answers, I then blend them all together to come up with your personalised ceremony. It’s that simple!
We can do this all face to face (in person or video call), over the phone, or by email. Whichever is most convenient for you.
I am very happy to make a tentative booking whilst you are still making some decisions as I can hold the date for 7 days for your convenience.
Otherwise if you are want to lock it in straight away I will send through a Service agreement with Booking fee details where you will just follow the prompts on my secured site.
Once confirmed, and we have gone through the essential legalities, I will send you through a Ceremony Builder to assist you in planning your beautiful ceremony.
